These terms cover this website and the waitlist on it. They are between you and ResearchTech, Inc., a Delaware corporation at 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States. Using the site means you accept them. Separate terms will govern the product itself, and you will be asked to accept those before you use it.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is a request, not a contract. It costs nothing, it entitles you to nothing, and we may open access in any order we judge sensible, or decline to open it to you at all. What you tell us on the form we treat as described in the privacy notice.

What is on this page

Everything here describes a product in development. Dates, capabilities and figures are our current intent rather than a promise, and they may change. Nothing on this site is an offer, investment advice, or a guarantee of any result.

Our material

The text, design, photography and code of this site belong to ResearchTech, Inc. You may link to it and quote it with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, pass it off as your own, or scrape it to train a model.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the state and federal courts sitting in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed.
